PROJECT OBJECTIVES

The main objective of the project is to stimulate the local economic development and activity of unemployed/inactive people from Bansko Municipality.

Specific project objectives:

To increase local economic and social development. in the Municipality of Bansko by providing employment opportunities for 4 unemployed/inactive persons in "ADVANST PROJECT CONSULTING" Ltd.
To increase and adapt the capacity of local employers, according to the current economic environment, by providing specialized training and the opportunity to apply/exchange best practices and experiences from Norwegian organizations.
To increase the competitiveness of the unemployed/inactive persons from Bansko Municipality by allowing them to acquire new knowledge and skills to enter the labour market effectively.

EXPECTED RESULTS

4 unemployed/inactive persons will be provided with employment for at least 12 months within the project.
60 unemployed/inactive persons will receive training in CV and Cover Letter writing.
60 unemployed/inactive persons will receive training in Entrepreneurship.
20 employers will receive training and exchange of good experience and practice from the project partner.

ПОСТИГНАТИ РЕЗУЛТАТИ

На 4 безработни/неактивни лица е осигурена заетост за 12 мес. в рамките на проекта, като на една от позициите е удължена с още 12 месеца.
Разкрити са 4 нови длъжности: 2 бизнес консултанти и 2 технически сътрудници
Проведено е обучение и наставничество на новонаетите лица.
